#### Sender Voice

_The Sender step. Each voice card spells out what it changes about the writing, not just the From line._

Who the email reads as being from. This shapes how Behavly writes, not just the From line.

- **Personal**: From a real person on your team. Warm, direct, signed with their name. Best for 1:1 outreach and replies.
- **Team**: From a shared team or department. Familiar, not tied to one person. Good for support and product updates.
- **Company**: Your official brand voice. Polished, neutral and consistent. Best for announcements and broad sends.

#### Mailbox

This step only appears when two or more mailboxes are connected — with one there is nothing to decide, so the step is skipped rather than shown with a single option.

Sending across several mailboxes in rotation is a feature of the higher plans.
