# A Campaign Won't Start

> The four things Behavly refuses to send without, and where to fix each.

Behavly refuses to start a campaign rather than sending a broken one. The refusal names the cause; here is what each means.

- **No postal address**: A physical postal address is required on outbound campaigns. Add it on **Brand**, under Details. This is a legal requirement for commercial email in most jurisdictions, not a Behavly preference.
- **No tracked users yet**: There is nobody to send to. The audience resolved to zero people — usually because the snippet is not installed, or is not on your signed-in pages.
- **No sending account**: Connect a mailbox in **Settings → Email**. Without one there is nothing to send through.
- **A plan limit**: You are at your AI email allowance or contact ceiling, or the schedule type you picked is not on your plan.

#### It Says It Is Sending, But Nothing Arrives

Check that the campaign is not sitting in `review`. With approval on — the default — a campaign generates every email and then **waits** for you. It reports as in progress because it is; it just is not sending yet.
