Behavly is priced by audience size (tracked contacts), not per email. Every plan sends through your own mailbox, so you never pay per email. Start free and move up when your audience grows.

Prices in USD, excluding VAT. Your first workspace is free; each additional workspace carries its own plan. Yearly billing costs ten months’ worth, shown per month.

- **Anonymous pageviews**: Page loads by visitors you haven't identified yet, with the clicks and scrolls on them. Past the monthly allowance they are not recorded until it resets. People you have identified are never counted here and are always tracked, so campaigns keep running.
- **Personalized emails**: Every email Behavly writes or personalizes for one person, and every AI reply draft in your inbox. Emails sent exactly as you designed them are not counted.
- **AI email designs**: Generate from Brand in the template editor: Behavly designs a complete email from your brand — layout, icons, illustration and copy. Plain-text templates and designs you build yourself are not counted.
- **Product events**: Events your product's backend sends Behavly through the API, such as a failed payment or an ending trial. A Trigger Campaign starts the moment one arrives. Events from the website snippet are not counted.
- **Behavior data retention**: How long behavior data — page views, clicks and sessions — is kept before Behavly deletes it. Contacts and campaigns are not affected.
