Start
Start is the first setting in the bar above the path.
- Right away
- The default. The campaign starts the moment you activate it.
- On a date
- Pick a day and time, up to a year ahead, then activate. The campaign waits as Scheduled: nobody enters and nothing is sent until then. A campaign that runs Once reads its group when it starts.
Cancel start turns a scheduled campaign back into a draft; nothing has been sent. Once a campaign has started, when it starts can't change.
Sending Window
Sending window sets the days and hours emails may go out: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM by default. A wait that ends outside the window holds the next email until it opens. The path itself keeps running.
Send By Recipient Timezone
In each person's timezone, on by default, opens the window in each person's own timezone, the one Behavly detected for them. Anyone without one uses UTC. Turned off, the window uses one clock for everyone: UTC.
At each person's usual hour, off by default, holds an email for the hour that person is most often on your site, counted from their own visits in the last 90 days and kept inside the window. It applies to someone who has visited at least four times on at least three different days; anyone else gets the email as soon as the window is open.
This is not send-time optimisation. Behavly does not predict a best hour per person. It sends inside the window *you* set, and the usual hour is a count of when that person was on your site.
