Scheduling A Campaign

Send now, schedule for later, recurring cadence — and what recipient-timezone sending actually does.

The Options

Send now
Behavly analyses behaviour immediately and sends as soon as generation finishes.
Schedule for later
You pick a date and time. The behaviour is read fresh right before sending, not when you set it up.
Recurring cadence
Repeats every N days at a time you set. Each run re-reads current behaviour rather than reusing the first result. A paid-plan feature.
Adaptive
Visible only when Behavly is writing the copy. Not yet available — the card is shown so you know it exists, but it cannot currently be selected.

Send By Recipient Timezone

An option on scheduled and recurring sends. You pick a local time of day — say 9am — and each recipient receives it at 9am in their own timezone, resolved from the timezone the snippet observed, falling back to other signals.

This is not send-time optimisation. Behavly does not predict a best hour per person and does not claim to. It sends at the hour *you* choose, converted into the recipient's local clock. Recipient-timezone sending is a paid-plan feature.

Still stuck? Ask Copilot from inside the app — it can explain any part of Behavly, though it cannot see your data. Or email hello@behavly.io.
