The Schedule step has an Approval toggle, and it is on by default.
With Approval On
Every generated email waits for you. The campaign sits in a review state and sends nothing until you approve. Campaigns waiting on approval also appear in Notifications, so one does not sit forgotten.
With Approval Off
Emails send without that step. On a campaign where Behavly writes per-recipient copy, turning approval off means the first time you read an email is after your customer did. Leave it on until you have seen enough output from a given campaign shape to trust it.
Approving
Open the campaign and work through the generated emails. You are reading real, final copy addressed to real people — not a template preview.
