Review, in the bar above the path, decides whether emails Behavly writes wait for your OK. It is off by default.
With Review On
Turn on Hold Behavly-written emails for approval. Every email Behavly writes or edits waits in Review, in the Activity column, until you release it. Templates sent as designed always go on time. Held emails do not expire.
With Review Off
Written emails send as soon as they are ready. On a campaign where Behavly writes per-person copy, that means the first time you read an email is after your customer did. Turn Review on until you have read enough of what a campaign writes to trust it.
Releasing Held Emails
Send all, or open each one to Read, Send or Skip it. You are reading real, final copy addressed to real people, not a template preview. A skipped person moves on to the next step.
Before You Activate
Preview on an email step writes it for a real person without sending it, and Test sends the whole path to you. See Building The Path.
