Open a campaign from Campaigns to see how it is doing.
Controls
- Pause
- Stops further sending. What has already gone out has gone out.
- Resume
- Picks a paused campaign back up.
- Stop
- Ends the campaign. A recurring campaign will not run again.
Per-Recipient Detail
The recipient list shows each person's stage and lets you read the exact email they were sent. It is searchable, including by operators for stage.
Performance
A campaign carries its own chart over a date range you pick, starting from Since sent. Aggregate email performance across campaigns lives in Insights → Email Engagement.
