Settings → Account & Settings → Audit Logs records account, campaign, workspace and compliance activity with the actor and timestamp.
It can be filtered by activity type and exported as CSV. Twelve of these event types also raise a notification — see What you get notified about.
The audit log itself is available on every plan. Bulk compliance exports are a higher-plan feature.
