What Copilot Can And Cannot See

Copilot explains the product. It has no access to your campaigns, contacts or analytics.

Copilot is a chat that answers questions about Behavly itself — how a feature works, how to set something up, why something behaves the way it does. Answers stream back as they are generated.

It Cannot See Your Data

Copilot. Answers stream back as they are generated.

Copilot reads no campaigns, no contacts and no analytics. Ask it *how to read a report*, not *what the report says*. Asked for account figures it will tell you it cannot see them and point you at Insights.

This is a design decision, not a gap. An assistant with read access to a workspace is an assistant that can leak one, and the questions people actually ask Copilot — *where is this setting, what does this state mean* — do not need it.

It Stays On Topic

Copilot is scoped to Behavly. Off-topic questions are declined rather than guessed at.

Still stuck? Ask Copilot from inside the app — it can explain any part of Behavly, though it cannot see your data. Or email hello@behavly.io.
