Switching AI Off Entirely
AI features can be switched off for the whole workspace. Campaigns then send only copy you wrote yourself — the Design step is forced into as-is mode and the generated mode cannot be chosen.

When AI is on, you choose how customer data is treated before it is sent to a model, and you set how long behavioural data is retained.
