The Design step has two modes, and the choice changes the rest of the flow.
Behavly Writes It
Behavly generates the body per recipient, informed by what that person actually did on your site. The Language step stays in the flow, and the Adaptive scheduling option becomes visible.
Send My Copy As-Is
You write the email once and it goes out unchanged. The Language step is skipped — the words are already fixed, so a language choice could not be applied to them.
Emails Are Plain Text
Campaigns send plain text in this version. Designed HTML emails are hidden; the Designs route still exists so older campaigns and links keep working, but new campaigns do not use it.
If AI Is Switched Off
A workspace that has turned AI off in Settings → Account & Settings → AI & Privacy is put into as-is mode automatically, and cannot choose the generated mode.
