Behavly connects three things: what people do on your site, the emails you send them, and the replies that come back. Each part works on its own. Together they let you write to someone about what they actually did, rather than about what you hope they did.
The Three Parts
- Behaviour
- A tracking snippet on your site records page views, clicks, pointer movement and scroll depth, and attaches them to the person who was signed in at the time. This lives under User Activity.
- Campaigns read that behaviour, pick an audience from it, and send plain-text email through a mailbox you connect. This lives under Campaigns.
- Replies
- Replies are polled back out of the same mailbox and shown with the sender's site history attached, so you can see what they did before you answer. This lives under Inbox.
Who Behavly Is For
Behavly tracks your own signed-in users — the people already using your product. It is not a cold-outreach tool and it does not de-anonymise strangers or buy contact data. If someone is in your Behavly workspace, it is because they signed in on your site, filled in one of your forms, or you imported them yourself.
What Behavly Does Not Do
Two things are worth stating up front, because products in this category often do them and readers assume Behavly does too.
- It does not pick a send time for you. Behavly sends at the hour *you* choose. It can convert that hour into each recipient's local timezone, but it does not predict a best hour per person.
- It does not send anything without you. Campaign approval is on by default, and every generated email waits for you to read it before it goes anywhere.
