The left rail is the whole app. Everything Behavly does is behind one of these seven icons.
- Copilot
- A chat that answers questions about Behavly itself. It cannot see your data — see What Copilot can and cannot see.
- Insights
- Analytics, Analysis and Email Engagement over a date range you pick.
- Campaigns
- The campaign list, and the New Campaign flow.
- Inbox
- Replies to your campaigns, with each sender's site history attached.
- Contacts
- Contacts, Leads, Bounces and Unsubscribes.
- User Activity
- Setup, Identified Users, Anonymous and Heatmaps.
- Settings
- Email, Usage, Billing, Workspace, and Account & Settings.
The Filter Panel
Several screens carry a filter rail in the same slot, toggled by the chevron next to the page title: the campaign list, Inbox, Contacts, and the Identified/Anonymous/Heatmap tabs of User Activity. Screens with nothing to filter — Setup, the per-source drill-down — stay full width instead of showing an empty panel.
On A Phone
The whole app works on a phone. The left rail becomes a hamburger sheet, the page's main actions move to a sticky bar at the bottom of the screen, and list/detail screens such as the Inbox swap between the two rather than showing both at once.
