A workspace is the unit everything belongs to: tracked sites, contacts, campaigns, mailboxes, members, plan and usage. Data does not cross between workspaces.
Switch with the workspace menu in the top right of the header. You can belong to any number of workspaces; each carries its own plan and its own bill.
When To Use More Than One
- An agency running client accounts. One workspace per client keeps their tracked site, contacts and sending mailbox separate, which is usually a contractual requirement rather than a preference.
- Genuinely separate products that share no users and would never be emailed together.
Two products that share a user base belong in one workspace with two tracked sites, not two workspaces. Behavly merges a person's activity across the sites in a workspace; it cannot merge across workspaces, so splitting them means each half sees only part of what someone did.
