Settings → Workspace holds members, invitations and workspace deletion.
The Roles

Admin | Manage the workspace, billing and settings | Delete the workspace |
Editor | Everything except team and billing | Manage members or billing |
View only | Read everything | Change anything — including adding or testing a tracked source |
Team invitations and the full role set are plan features. On the entry plan a workspace is a single seat.
