The core product is in every plan. Tiers differ by volume, seats, retention and automation depth — not by whether the product works.

What Free Is For

Free is a test drive rather than a small plan. Its limits are set to show the product working end to end — a couple of real campaigns to a real segment — without covering a production user base. Retention deliberately stays at 30 days, because the argument Behavly makes is behavioural and a shorter window would make a new workspace look broken rather than limited.
Scale is sold through a conversation rather than self-serve checkout.
