When You Hit A Limit

What blocks, what keeps working, and how to resolve it.

Hitting a limit blocks the action that would exceed it and shows an upgrade dialog naming the specific limit. It does not disable your workspace, stop tracking, or interrupt a campaign that is already sending.

Feature Locks vs Volume Limits

A locked feature
Shown but not selectable — recurring cadence and recipient-timezone sending on Free, for example. Visible on purpose, so you know what upgrading buys rather than finding a blank space.
A volume limit
You have used the month's allowance, or you are at your contact ceiling. Wait for the window to reset, remove some rows, or upgrade.

Changing Plan

Settings → Billing. Plan changes made in the billing portal are reflected back in Behavly automatically, and reconciled periodically so a change never sits unapplied.

There is no free trial on the paid plans. Free is the trial — it is available indefinitely and does not expire.

Still stuck? Ask Copilot from inside the app — it can explain any part of Behavly, though it cannot see your data. Or email hello@behavly.io.
