Your source shows Awaiting events, or the visitor lists are empty. Check these in order.
- 1Is the snippet on the right pages? Behavly is about signed-in users. If the tag is only on your marketing site, Identified Users stays empty however much traffic you have. This is the cause most of the time.
- 2Does the write key match this source? Each tracked domain has its own key in
data-pid. Copying a snippet from another source sends events somewhere else. - 3Is the domain the one you added? A source added as
example.comdoes not collect fromapp.example.comunless that is what you registered. - 4Is the source paused? A paused source drops new events while keeping existing data.
- 5Is something blocking the script? A content-security policy, an ad blocker in your own browser, or a consent banner that gates scripts will all stop
t.jsloading. Check your browser's network tab for it.
Awaiting events for a minute or two after installing is normal. After an hour of real traffic, it is not.
