Behavly refuses to start a campaign rather than sending a broken one. The refusal names the cause; here is what each means.
- No postal address
- A physical postal address is required on outbound campaigns. Add it in Settings → Account & Settings → Agency. This is a legal requirement for commercial email in most jurisdictions, not a Behavly preference.
- No tracked users yet
- There is nobody to send to. The audience resolved to zero people — usually because the snippet is not installed, or is not on your signed-in pages.
- No sending account
- Connect a mailbox in Settings → Email. Without one there is nothing to send through.
- A plan limit
- You are at your AI email allowance or contact ceiling, or the schedule type you picked is not on your plan.
It Says It Is Sending, But Nothing Arrives
Check that the campaign is not sitting in review. With approval on — the default — a campaign generates every email and then waits for you. It reports as in progress because it is; it just is not sending yet.
