Connect A Mailbox

Behavly sends through your own mailbox over IMAP/SMTP. How to connect one and what the controls do.

Behavly sends through your mailbox. It does not send from its own servers under your name, which is why deliverability follows your domain's existing reputation rather than a shared pool.

Connecting

Settings → Email → Connect offers one path: an IMAP / SMTP mailbox. It works with any IMAP or SMTP provider — Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and custom hosts — and replies sync straight back into your Behavly inbox.

One-click Google and Microsoft OAuth is not currently offered. Connect those accounts as IMAP/SMTP mailboxes; with Gmail and Outlook that generally means creating an app password rather than using your normal one.

Connected accounts can be paused, labelled and marked primary. Pausing stops a mailbox being used for sending without disconnecting it.

How Many You Can Connect

Mailbox count is a plan limit. Sending across several mailboxes in rotation is a separate, higher-plan feature — having three connected does not by itself rotate between them.

Disconnecting a sending account is recorded in your audit log and raises a notification. Campaigns depending on it cannot send, and the Inbox stops receiving replies for it.
