A thread with no status yet shows as Lead.
Lead means untriaged. It is not a status you assigned and it does not mean Behavly judged the thread — it is the absence of a decision, shown as a word instead of a blank.
Statuses are editable from Manage statuses. Custom lead statuses are a paid-plan feature.
