Filtering The Visitor Lists

Every filter option, and the OR/AND rule that decides how they combine.

Both lists share one filter panel.

Within a section, options are OR. Across sections they are AND. Picking Desktop and Mobile means *either* device; picking Desktop and Country = Germany means desktop *and* Germany.

The Sections

Tracked site
Which installed domain the activity came from.
Pages visited
Comma-separated. Matches any path containing any of the terms, case-insensitive. pricing, /billing matches both /pricing and /settings/billing.
Engagement
Bounced = one page and under 30 seconds. Engaged = 2–4 pages. Highly engaged = 5 or more pages, or returning within the period.
Has contact info
Email, Phone, Company, Name. Identified list only.
Device
Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, Bot. Bots are tagged rather than discarded, so they stay filterable instead of silently changing your totals.
Last seen
Today, last 7 days, last 30 days, or any time.
Country
Built from the countries actually present in your data, not a fixed world list.

Rows With No Events In The Window

A row whose events fall outside the loaded window matches no engagement bucket at all. It is not counted as bounced. An absence of data is not evidence that someone left immediately, and bucketing it as a bounce would quietly inflate your worst number.

Still stuck? Ask Copilot from inside the app — it can explain any part of Behavly, though it cannot see your data. Or email hello@behavly.io.
