Every reply comes with the sender’s history on your site attached, so you can see what they did before they wrote to you. That is usually the difference between a useful answer and a generic one.
Reply with Behavly, or yourself.
Reply with Behavly writes a draft from the thread and the sender’s site history, into the composer for you to edit. Or reply manually. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Everything you have said to each other.
History opens everything between your workspace and that person, across every thread and campaign: a short summary from Behavly, and every email and path step in order.
The details
- Views
- Inbox, Unread only, Reminders only, Scheduled emails and Sent. Threads split into Primary and Others.
- Lead statuses
- A thread with no status yet shows as Lead, which means untriaged. Edit the list from Manage statuses; custom statuses are on paid plans.
- Nothing sent for you
- Behavly does not auto-reply, and a draft is never sent without you pressing send.
- AI reply drafts
- Drafts count against a monthly allowance on your plan, shown in Settings → Usage.
- Mailboxes
- Connected mailboxes can be paused, labelled and marked primary. How many you can connect is a plan limit.
- The summary
- History’s summary is rewritten when a new email arrives, and does not appear when AI is turned off for the workspace.
