A branch splits the path on whether they opened the previous email, clicked a link in it, visited a page, replied or did an action in your product. Yes goes one way; no goes the other once the days run out.

A Pattern Campaign starts from a group and runs once, or always on, so everyone who joins the group later starts the path too. A Trigger Campaign starts the moment your product sends a trigger.
The settings around it
- Review before sending
- Hold Behavly-written emails for approval keeps every email Behavly writes in Review until you release it. Templates sent as designed always go on time.
- Sending window
- The days and hours emails may go out: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM by default, in each person’s timezone.
- Frequency
- Never more than 3 emails per person every 7 days by default, counting only the emails this campaign sends.
- Goal
- Say what success looks like, an action in your product or a page visit, and Behavly credits each person to the last email they got before it.
- Leave when
- A reply ends the path by default, and unsubscribing or bouncing always does. Reaching the goal can end it too.
- A/B test
- Try a second version on half the people who reach a step. Behavly names a winner only when the gap is unlikely to be chance.
