Ask in plain words. Behavly Agent does the work.

The chat built into Behavly. It works directly in your workspace and makes a change only after you confirm it.

One chat for your whole workspace.

Ask in your own words.

Ask it to build a campaign, find a pattern, draft a reply, report how a campaign is performing, or explain how any part of Behavly works. Open it from Behavly Agent in the left menu, or beside the Inbox and Heatmaps.

It reads your workspace as it is now.

The same workspace you see: campaigns and their results, contacts and leads, patterns, the Inbox, templates, Insights, email accounts and settings. It looks things up when a question needs them, so every figure is current. When a lookup finds nothing, it says so.

Nothing changes until you confirm.

When a request would create, change, delete or send something, a confirmation card shows exactly what will happen and which plan allowances it uses. It runs only when you choose Confirm, and every change is recorded in the Audit Logs.

The same actions in your AI apps.

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI apps that support MCP can connect to Behavly and use the same actions, with your role and your plan’s limits. Deleting something or sending email to real people still waits for your approval in Behavly.

The controls around it

One workspace
It works only in the workspace you have open. To work in another, switch workspace and start a new chat.
Your role
It acts with your role’s access. On a view-only role, lookups work and changes are refused.
Your plan
Plan limits apply exactly as they do everywhere in Behavly. When one is reached, it names the limit and links to the upgrade.
Your AI settings
When AI is turned off in AI & Privacy, Behavly Agent is off too, and each conversation is recorded in the AI access log.
No passwords or card numbers
It never asks for or accepts a password, an API key or a card number. Those happen on their own screens.
Information, not instructions
It treats what it reads as information. A reply from a stranger or a contact’s name cannot tell it what to do.

Meet the Behavly Agent.

It reads what each user does in your product and writes their follow-ups. Free to start, no credit card.
