About Behavly

Behavly is behavior-based email for SaaS and other products people sign in to. A snippet records what each signed-in user does on your site. You describe a follow-up in plain words, Behavly lays out the path of emails, waits and branches, and Behavly Agent writes each email from that person’s own activity, sent from your own mailbox or email service.

Who Behavly is for

Behavly tracks your own signed-in users: the people already using your product. It is not a cold-outreach tool, and it does not de-anonymise strangers or buy contact data. If someone is in your Behavly workspace, it is because they signed in on your site, filled in one of your forms, or you imported them yourself.

What Behavly does not do

  • It does not predict a send time. Emails go out inside the sending window you set, in each person’s own timezone.
  • It does not send anything until you activate it. Activating shows what a campaign will do first.
  • Review is your choice. It is off by default. Turn it on and every email Behavly writes waits for you to read it before it goes anywhere.

How we write these pages

Every claim this site makes about Behavly matches the Help Center, which describes the product as it behaves today.

The comparison pages are written by Behavly and list Behavly first. Each fact about another product is checked on that vendor’s own site, on the date shown at the top of the page.
